Step 4 - We Build Together
We plan the work so your home stays livable. Regular updates, and you pay by draw as work is completed.
Step 5 - Move In to Your New Space
We finish, clean up and walk you through the addition. We stay available after completion.

Yes. Artegiano Contracting is a licensed and insured Florida general contractor (CGC1511840). We pull the permits and schedule the county inspections for your project.
How do payments work?
You pay on a draw schedule tied to completed work, never a big payment up front for work that hasn’t happened.
