Most kitchens take 4–6 weeks and most bathrooms 2–3 weeks. Regular updates, and you pay by draw as work is completed.
Step 5 - Keys in Your Hands
We finish on schedule, clean up, and walk you through your new kitchen or bath. We stay available after completion.

Yes. We open up kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms by taking down walls, and we check whether a wall is load-bearing and pull the permits needed before we start.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
Many clients do. At the site visit we plan the schedule with you, so you know which rooms will be out of service and for how long.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the permits and schedule the county inspections for your project.

You pay on a draw schedule tied to completed work, never a big payment up front for work that hasn’t happened.
