Pool building in Jacksonville: FAQ
How much does a custom pool cost in Jacksonville?
Every pool is priced on its size, shape, finishes and extras like a spa, deck or pool house. After a free site visit you get a written, itemized quote before any work starts.
How long does it take to build a pool?
It depends on the design, permits and weather. Your written proposal includes a timeline, and we keep you updated at every stage.
Can you build a pool house or cabana too?
Yes. We build pool houses and cabanas along with the pool, so one team handles your whole backyard.
Can you add a spa to my pool?
Yes. A spa can be built into the pool design, including a spillover into the pool.
Do you build pool decks and patios?
Yes. We build the pool deck, pavers and patio areas so everything is finished together.
Will a pool fit in my yard?
On the free site visit we look at your yard, equipment access and layout, and tell you what will work before you commit to anything.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the pool permits and schedule the county inspections for your project.
How do payments work?
You pay on a draw schedule tied to completed work, never a big payment up front for work that hasn’t happened.
What areas do you serve?
Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties, including Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Orange Park, Fleming Island and Fernandina Beach.
Do you work with Spanish and Portuguese speakers?
Yes. Our family team works in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian.
